Richmondtown & Clarke Avenue Civic Association: Wetland Consultant wanted

Our organization would like to obtain referrals of scientists who could
help us with the following issue: there are wetlands properties in our area
that we would like to see protected - there is one large parcel of land in
particular in which the owner has applied to the DEC for permission to build
multiple homes. We would like to ask a scientist to examine the property to
determine if there is a scientific basis for denying the permit. Thank you
